Responsibilities
• Act as the key liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and a deep understanding of client needs.
• Proactively identify potential issues to prevent client dissatisfaction and resolve concerns quickly.
• Use Salesforce and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentations) to manage client records and communications efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve client concerns effectively.
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service and sales with a strong focus on relationship building
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentations)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
