We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and forecast future requirements.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations.
2. Employee Relations
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management
- Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data.
4. Compliance
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
5. HR Metrics and Reporting
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
